On a surprisingly cold and wet night in Sydney I was on my way to POS Comedy.  I remembered when I was playing football that nights with weather like tonight’s would see a significant drop-off in the number of players who would turn up to training.  I wondered if there would be a full line-up of comedians tonight because of the weather.  On extremely limited correlative evidence, comedians are tougher than football players because the line-up at POS Comedy tonight was completely full.

The weather may have kept a few potential audience members away though.  The last six or seven POS Comedy nights I’ve been at have been full houses.  Sometimes there are even people turned away with all seats and standing room filled.  Tonight there were half a dozen empty seats.

A lot of comedians (including me) were trialling material tonight for the upcoming Sydney Fringe and there was some quality material being well delivered, earning some good laughs.  My set list for tonight:
